We provide specialized energy analysis and advice to oil and gas companies, as well as petroleum finance institutions. Our insight on hedging, structured finance and integrated risk management solutions is available on a consulting basis to support corporate decision making, due-diligence and structuring. Our backgrounds combine a deep knowledge of energy investment, high-yield finance and alternative capital marketing in an integrated manner not easily accessible at large institutions. Our unique strength is in funding the special demands of large-scale, onshore development programs. We have an ability to finance highly-leveraged PDP reserves (in excess of the normal 65% borrowing base ceiling) and certain PUD development plans.

Engagement Potential

We may be engaged directly by corporate clients, or directed as an integrated sub-advisor to any pre-existing corporate finance, commercial or investment banking relationship. As an independent entity, with no conflicts of interest, we are also sought out by Special Committees of the Board of Directors for public oil & gas companies for recommendations on complex decisions and oversight of potentially less independent but important major financial institutions.
